Convenient off I-35 with great location for seeing Waco. Long level site with FHU. Wifi good. Free breakfast cooked to order on site! Clean park, huge number of RV sites. Great green areas and dog-park. Laundry and showers available. Fishing and swimming available. Supremely friendly staff.

This RV park is great. They have a couple of dog parks. One has lots of training obstacles. There’s a driving range, walking trail with outdoor exercise equipment, a gym, nice pool, most sites have concrete pads, some are covered. They serve an outstanding breakfast. Love this park.

Great park with made to order breakfast. Park was very nice with two great dog parks, the breakfast was wonderful with all items cooked to order, bacon, eggs, pancakes and French toast – just a gratuity required meal was free – Wifi worked great and over the air TV had all networks and over 30 stations.
