Convenient off I-35 with great location for seeing Waco. Long level site with FHU. Wifi good. Breakfast cooked to order on site! Clean park, huge number of RV sites. Great green areas and dog-park. Laundry and showers available. Fishing and swimming available. Supremely friendly staff.

This RV park is great. They have a couple of dog parks. One has lots of training obstacles. There’s a driving range, walking trail with outdoor exercise equipment, a gym, nice pool, most sites have concrete pads, some are covered. They serve an outstanding breakfast. Love this park.

I have been here for 13 months and enjoyed each day. The Staff is the nicest and professional in their position. From grass cutting and security, the laundry rooms are the best I have seen.

Our first RV road trip and we stopped here on our way from Austin to Arkansas. Place was easy to access, customer service was top notch, friendly and super helpful. Dog park was a nice place for our fur friend to visit. Would definitely recommend.
