What is your cancellation policy?

Short-term RV Sites

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund
• Reservations canceled within 72 hours will receive a partial refund, with a $20 cancellation fee
• Reservations canceled before 72 hours will receive a partial refund, with a $10 cancellation fee
• If you need to reschedule to another date before 24 hours of your reservation, we’re happy to accommodate the change of reservation. if there is a price difference in rates, you must pay the amount before we can re-book your reservation

Long-Term RV Sites

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund
• Reservations canceled within 72 hours will receive a partial refund, with a $50 fee
• Reservations canceled before 72 hours of the reservation will receive a $25 fee
